Just a reminder about the gym. This is being left in a mess, weights, bars etc being left all over the place. This is most annoying when I am showing new people around the club. Please respect this room and the equipment in it, as I am receiving a lot of complaints about the mess it is getting left in

Any member who has an issue with the club, are from now on to put these issues in writing and forward to me for insertion into the next Management Committee's agenda for discussion. A letter will be written to you with the outcome. The club is on the up so please lets all be positive

With an increase in membership, courts are in use more, if you have to be in and out of the club and cannot hang around, pre book your game when you are here e.g If you are here playing on Tuesday night and you need a quick game on Friday night, book court 4 before you leave the club using both keys. At the time you are specified to play, you will need to be ready to go on court, as the lights will automatically go on. If you get really stuck, give me a call and I can book the court for you. You will need to phone rather than email to make sure your court is booked

There will be 300 books of 10 tickets spread through our members, every member / family will receive at least 1 book to sell. A member from the committee will be calling every member in the next week or so to check on your address so the books can be sent out to you. Please help the club and sell all your tickets, as we do not want any books or tickets returned unsold.
