I will be on leave from Friday 25th for 2 weeks, going to catch up with family in Aussie.  Dee will be answering emails and returning phone messages. If your subs are due and you have no access to the club at present, you will need to pay these before Friday, so that I can process your payment.

The bar will re-open this Thursday 24th January @ 5pm. The kitchen will not be open till late February.

 

There will only be 1 court available on Saturday and Sunday 2nd/3rd February from 9am - 4pm. A coaching course is being run here by Squash NZ. Glen Hurley and Chris Wang will be attending from Panmure. ( Fortunately this is the weekend of the sevens in Wellington, so many of our Saturday guys won't be here)

 

If you wish to play Autumn interclub please email me your intent. Entries close 22nd February. Play will commence 17th / 18th March. This will be a 5 week competition

 

If you wish to play Masters Interclub please also email me.. Entries close 14th March, with play commencing 2nd April. This will consist of 2 rounds

 

Junior conveners are still required, we would ideally want to re-commence juniors on 29th February. If you are willing to volunteer two hours on a Friday night please contact me

 

This will be held at 11am on 24th February, if you see anything around the club, that needs to be attended to on this day, please email me and I will add it to the list.

 

There will be a private function on at the club on Saturday 1st March from 7pm

 

On April 5th / 6th NZ Squash will be running a promotional weekend throughout NZ. This will entail the distribution of 6,000 leaflets per club involved and the clubs being open to interested people from 2.30pm - 5pm both days. We will need some volunteers to help distribute the flyers, and also will need some people here to give people a go and let them see how the game is played.
